Once your course payment is confirmed, you will receive a personalized email with all essential class details. This includes the location (or link for online courses), the schedule, and a list of any items you should bring.

We are currently in the process of obtaining accreditation for all our courses through the DHA (Dubai Health Authority, UAE healthcare system). However, our courses are already officially accredited by Qualiopi, the national quality certification in France.

Our policy differs for online and in-person classes:

For Online Classes:

All sales are final once course access is granted, as you receive immediate entry to digital materials. Refunds are not provided after access has been given.

For In-Person Classes:

Full Refund: Available if you cancel at least 45 days before the class.

No Refund: Issued for cancellations made less than 45 days before the class, or for absence.

Class Cancellation by Us:If we cancel a class (e.g., low enrollment), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
